I said recently that my mew season look was inspired from a photo I found of my mum, on a work trip somewhere hot and exotic, looking so cool and fabulous. She had short, thick hair just above the shoulders, as she sat on a balcony overseeing a flock of palm trees, while wearing a beige jersey crop top, high waisted shorts and chunky sandals. She is my icon. Being totally inspired by my mum in that particular photo I have styled my entire Spring/Summer wardrobe around her. All neutral tones of whites, beiges, browns and khakis. Minimal lines in cottons and linen, while keeping to my androgynous style of loose trousers and oversized jackets. Evening out those elements with fitted crop tops or silky camis. It’s Safari Chic, the ultimate holiday attire for the entire Summer in London.
I’ve created 5 looks below, of which I also own and will be wearing now the Summer is almost here.
