One of the best things you can do at this time is to keep active. Yes it’s more of a struggle, but personally being able to get a quick 20/30 minute workout in the morning makes all the difference to my sanity. I also find that just like my usual day to day clothes, if I have workout gear on that I like I’ll perform better. Yes I’ll trick myself into working harder when I think I look good, fact.
