THE AUTUMN GYM WEAR UPDATE

Every few months I create a quick gym wear edit, because a new piece or two to replace well-worn crop tops and leggings keeps me motivated! I wear my gym wear staples over and over again, maybe 4/5 times a week, and when they’re starting to fall away at the seams or I’m in need of a little boost to keep me focused on those zoom classes, a new colour-way in my fav sweatshirt is just what I need.

This months gym edit is a collection of staples to kick off your Autumn wardrobe. A few cosy, long sleeved, layered pieces to keep you warm before/after the workout.
