What better way to start the new year, then jumping straight back into those morning workouts. Before opening the laptop, instead of scrolling through instagram for an hour in bed, take an hour, or even half an hour to look after you. Just 30 minutes of exercising a day reduces stress, improves your memory, boosts energy and your mood, and improves creativity and productivity. 30 minutes of work can map out how the rest of your day will go, and although you may not feel like it, you’ll be glad you did.
