Chic can mean many different things to different people. It’s often overused and sometimes even mocked for it’s ‘die-hard fashion’ connection. But that doesn’t bother me, I love to use it, and I love what it stands for – in my mind anyway. For me chic is all about classic, lifetime pieces, ones that completely steal the show but not in an obvious way. They’re understated, simple, good quality and transeasonal. Often in muted tones, these pieces mix and match with your simple basics to create a simple but polished look.
